Jason Wong

Jason Wong is a Ph.D. student in Sociology at Yale University. He is a sociology and population health researcher in training. His main research agenda examines the spatial dimensions of stratification and health disparities over the life course. One strand of his research focuses on the place-based determinants of health and life chances across environmental, state policy, economic, and welfare contexts. A second focus of his research investigates spatial inequality from the perspectives of human mobility and neighborhood connectedness. He applies quantitative and computational methods to administrative, survey, and social network data
