This weekend, Professor Rene Almeling will be the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremony for students majoring in “Human Biology and Society” at UCLA. This is the first full graduating class for the major, which was initiated in 2011 by the UCLA Institute for Society and Genetics. The 60 graduating students will be joined by more than 400 family members and friends. Congratulations, Rene!
