On September 12 Yale will host a symposium, “Money Talks”, on money and the social. Distinguished panelists will present their work on markets, morals, and meanings, and a special panel will recognize the 20th anniversary of Viviana Zelizer’s groundbreaking book “The Social Meaning of Money”. The symposium is co-hosted by Professor Frederick Wherry, and marks the new Markets and Society concentration for Yale undergraduates. Check out Yale’s coverage of the event here, and the program here. See you then!
