Professor Elijah Anderson will give a lecture as the keynote speaker of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society’s Speaker Symposia. His talk, titled “The Iconic Ghetto and the Promise of Urban Ethnography”, will explore the image of the ghetto as a powerful source of stereotype, prejudice, and discrimination.
