Steve Koh is a Ph.D. Candidate in Sociology and a Junior Fellow at the Center for Cultural Sociology. His research explores the cultural sociology of law, with an emphasis on international and criminal legal systems. His scholarship is informed by prior domestic and international legal work experience as a Trial Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and as an attorney at both the International Criminal Court and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague. He holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, England, and an A.B. from Harvard College.
