Timothy Rutzou

Timothy Rutzou is a philosopher and social theorist with a focus on continental philosophy and deconstruction. He earned his Ph.D. in philosophy at the University College London studying under Roy Bhaskar. His thesis focused upon the problem of structure and difference and explored the complex relationship between critical realism and post-structuralism with particular attention directed to the works of Roy Bhaskar, Jacques Derrida and Gilles Deleuze. His other interests include the philosophy of language, hermeneutics, existentialism, critical theory and the philosophy and sociology of religion.
