Graduate Student Navin Kumar has been Awarded a Grant from the Horowitz Foundation

Graduate student Navin Kumar has been awarded a grant from the Horowitz Foundation for Social Policy for his dissertation research, “Social interactions and treatment outcomes from medication assisted treatment in opioid addiction.” The Foundation aims to support social scientists in the early stages of their academic careers by administering small grants to PhD candidates who are working on their dissertation. This year, the Foundation received 965 applications and made 25 awards.
